Anyone have any good setups both attacking and defending?

this is what i use for defending corners, it works good, not unbeatable, but rarely concedes a goal, and also some good counter attacks are started if the ball is cleared to the winger

for attacking set it depending on your players, the 2 players i have set on go forward are usually the corner takers, so they dont have special roles, and i use 3 at the back because i got a left back who also takes corners when hes on, and i need to cover the space at the back.

for free kicks i leave it default for both. it seems to be working fine, concedes only if defender makes a mistake and scores often from crosses in the box.
