When the question comes up you can type in the box below the options

I put my answer in the box but what is a botom to send a answer ?

If you want a comment added to the press conference etc you add the comment in the box as Kez mentioned but to get it sent you then select the answer you want to reply to the question with.

So comment before answer, i hope this helps if not figured out already
