My PC don't begin to download kits when i press the button?!?

Hi

I have downloaded the license, and logo pack with success. But now i have a little problem, when i want to start download any kit pack, it simply doesn't start to download????

What i'm doing wrong?

which pack you trying download? thats you see lists of packs
