How to get kits instead of badges in SPLIT VIEW?

Hi Guys

I found a guide to do this but I just can't get it working.

Does anyone have an idiots guide for how I get kits instead of club logos in the "SPLIT" view, during a match?

I am not using skin cache, have tried reloading the skin after downloading the mod files I found, but nothing is working!

Nevermind, finally got it working with the Steklo skin!

Noooooow, can anyone tell me how to make them larger than a postage stamp?!

How did you get it working?

Downloaded Steklo skin and then placed these two files (from the "version 2" download link below) in the "panels" folder, that swapped the badges for kits.

But the kits are tiny, I was hoping to get them a fair bit bigger.

I remember in FM13 or FM14 there was a mod to increase the size of the kits on the match screen. Anyone know if I can do anything about it in FM15? Thanks.
