We are going up to 60K. Works already began few months back.
Happy to see the board upgrading them.
Asked the board to upgrade our youth recruitment, which they agreed. All I need to do now is get the board to upgrade Junior Coaching as it is 'average' at the moment.

Got rid of him on day one, as he was on stupid wages so I terminated it and brought in Joshua Holtby from U's19.

Hrogta wants to leave due to Dortmund's interest in him. Accepted 25M bid for him from them.
I have already brought in few decent cheap American (!!) and goalkeeper to replace Begovic if he leaves. still in the market for MR/ML. Just about to finish pre season, so will update shortly with transfers.

Pre season 2015/16
Started our pre season with a testimonial for Filip Daems (who is also our U's19 coach now) Spent 10 years with Gladbach. Arranged a tour to Belgium and which was a mixed feelings for me, great result against Standard and Anderlecht. Other two where was we was terrible and made mistakes which led to 2 goals against Brugge. We lost to Genk by an header. A superb win over Benfica
Formation
This season, I am going for 4-2-1-3 which successful in pre season for us which we was defensively solid at the back.
Transfers
We have been really busy in the summer revamping up the team and backroom staff. Have to say I'm delighted with the players we have brought in
Brought him in as back up.
Utterly brilliant signing for us, Was in battle with Real Sociedad, trying to get them to sell him cheap, They wanted 23M so I kept going down til they eventually agreed at 7.5M. Then he became unsettled and demanding them to sell him to us. He also played the last 2 pre season games due to him just coming back after competing in Copa America with Argentina.
Fantastic youngster we have got here, surprised we got him on cheap. He's the reason why I sold Xhaka. For some reason the coaches are suggesting I should appoint him as captain
Happy to get him for 4.4M, Will be rotating for ST spot. Also has a good pre season.
Another back up striker, signed him purely on his caps/goals /o\ He also just made his debut for Canada. Sent out on loan for the season.
Ryo \o/ Decided to bring him in to rotate with Afellay at AML. Hopefully we can turn him into decent player.
1.3M for him is a bargain! Just coming back from 3 weeks out. Definitely a starter.
Was offered by his agent, sent a scout for report card on him and said he got potential to be a decent player, so I took a punt on him.

Sommer - wanted to leave due to lack of first team football, Hoffenheim took him off me.
Xhaka - Felt I didn't get the best out of him last season and under performed so I decided to sell him and brought in Ajer as his replacement.
Begovic - As you know he wanted to go cos of Bayern interest but never made the move for him, Sevilla came in and took him. Glad they did as I would have hated it if he went to Bayern if they actually went for him.
Hrgota - A weird one, turned down Dortmund because he wanted more wages and Yearly wage uprise, so I offered him out to clubs for 20M and out of blue, Koln offered 18M for him.

Just joined us for 1.3M, Was pre signed around March I couldn't see his full stats until he joined us. Scout/Assistant Manager rated him very highly with 4 stars. I think we can develop him into decent right back with the right training.
