________
After failing to achieve any success managing teams in the likes of around europe and a short stint in Italy's top flight. Gennaro has been offered a second chance at management in Italy although now in the doldrums of Italian football. The Lega Pro Girone B.
The team is A.S Pisa, who once fought with Italian giants in Serie A and after reforming the club a few times due to debt crisis, now find themselves in a stable situation based in Italians 3rd tier The Lega Pro Girone B.
With football match attendances not at their best in Italy, A.S Pisa continues to hold a devout fan base who turn up week in week out to make them one of the best supported in Serie C.
It's the start of the 2014/15 season and in a very bold move the chairman of A.S Pisa has gambled on AC Milan legend Gennaro Gattuso to bring the club forward and take the next step up the ladder in Italian football.
_____________
At first glance there isn't much quality in the team at all and where there is quality it's coming from players on loan. I've been handed a transfer budget of 44k which won't go far at all so i think free transfers and a few more loans may be there way forward.

Cheers mate, looking forward to getting started.
Noticed that when reading up earlier! Hopefully there will be a few players with similar talent coming through the doors in the next few seasons.

We needed to be ready for the season so after arranging a few friendly's with some larger teams who could bring in some extra revenue, i stepped up the fitness training and made sure we drilled on defending before we worked on our attack. All whilst our chairman worked to get the players i wanted signed for the new season.
We haven't had the best start in terms of pre-season but a few of those were tough teams, still not a single result in 6 game can hurt.
In just 7 days we start our season against fellow Lega Girone B team Savona in the Italian cup qualifiers.

''Gattuso looks to loans for reinforcements''
After being handed just a 44k transfer budget i knew i had to look to loans if we were going to add any sort of quality to our squad. I was very surprised that any Serie A players would join us down in the 3rd tier but I'm very happy securing the loans for Hallberg, Tounkara & Sanabria who look like great talents for our division, the rest of our loanee's also thicken out the quality in the squad.
Belec is also a quality keeper who i'll feel confident with between the sticks. All of these loans apart from Hallberg were brought in with zero fee's and zero wages contributions which is sure to help the balance.
As we only had 1 quality centre back i was happy to see Brazilian veteran Cris agreeing to join our team on just £675 p/w along with the young Prospect Faupala who may need a season or two to develop before he makes an impact.
Just a few more contracts to print off
