Upgraded processor and FM is crashing after a while

Hi can anyone help please?

I have recently upgraded my intel from celeron b830 to I5 2520 and its alot faster and seems ok. Football manager 2015 loads up and works fine for a while but then after a while it goes blank and goes to my desktop screen and then nothing will click other than the start menu. Its like FM is on but its not showing the screen.

Is this a fault with the laptop, processor or do i need to do something to FM?

Please help i would be very grateful

Few things you might do. I run my copy on a laptop and mine crashes from time to time. Make sure when it does crash you validate the integrity of the cache as often the crash corrupts the files. I've found that my crashes appear to be related to over heating, but I can't confirm that for sure. I tend to run my copy using a 'balanced' profile which I think keeps temps down. If I run using the best profile it tends to crash more often. The match engine is pretty demanding.
