Weird name glitch

I've been playing FM 2015 with the license fix and database update, as well as a logopack, facepack, and several kitpacks. I was playing earlier today with no problem, then I stopped for awhile, When I started up the game, all of my players and staff names were changed to randomly generated names. It's happened across all of my saves (including my online game with my brother.) I tried googling it but the only thing I found was people accusing the guy that posted it of having a cracked version of the game, but I definitely have this game legally through Steam. Here is what it looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also on the same page, does it say "database changes" if so how many?
