When I created a nation it is adding more regens then necessary to the DB each year. Compared to trials with a San Marino or Faroe Islands DB the DB gets out of hand (as per my previous thread of 150+ players in squad).
Or is it possible to completely change how Nations names for regens?
Attempted this with San Marino and Tonga changing all avenues (Nation, Cities and Local Regions) in editor to English as their language plus deleted existing players but when going into game there is still a throwbacks to native names.
Thanks for any help.

Would that also go for completely changing regen names for example Faroese regens having 100% English names no Danish one offs?
As in it is also hard coded?
