Apparently he has signed for Real Madrid for 12 million but I saw that 30 clubs were after him so not sure if the Madrid signing is true. Looks a serious talent though. Lets hope hes not another Freddy Adu

The Real Madrid story proved to be bs in the end. 3 scouts from Barcelona in the stands in today's game against Sogndal though.

One of Norwegian football's all time greats, Odd Iversen - father of Steffen, passed away today at the age of 69.

He still held the record of most goals scored in one season (30 goals in 18 matches).

Liam Henderson from Celtic on loan is our latest signing. First Scot to play in Norway since Charlie Miller and Robbie Winters.

5-0 infront of 19.900 in the league opener against Aalesund tonight.

Unfortuantely our captain Tore Reginiussen ruptured his achilles tendon and will most likely be out for 6-9 months. Of course that had to happen to our already thin squad in the 1st game of the season.

He'll definitely be out for ages, horrible injury to have really.

The Norwegian alpine ski racer Aksel Lund Svindal was back in business about two months after suffering the same injury, but then again football and alpine skiing don't really compare in terms of recovery time, as having a stiff custom made alpine boot around your foot is something very different from the football boot and the amount of strength and flexibility football requires in the ankle area.

Could have been an achilles tear instead of a complete rupture.

A complete rupture you can't bear any weight on the leg basically.

Must not have been that bad if he was back skiing after 2-3 months.

Mine was pretty bad, was high up on the achilles and was about a 12cm tear, so I was fucked for a good 4-5 months just with walking

Oh, indeed. It's beginning to look like the good 'ol days with attacking 4-3-3 football.

We have only played two games though, so I won't go overboard quite yet.

17-year-old Kristoffer Ajer just scored his eight goal of the season for Start (9th out of 16th in the table) yesterday; I imagine he won't stay in Norway for long. Born in 1998 just as Ødegaard.

Oh, and we're comfortably topping the league with five points 16 games in.
