Put this file in the folder where you have your 3d kits. Unzip the rar file, then typically the path to insert the file is as follows: Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023/graphics … If you don't have a “graphics” folder simply create it

Bro Guarani have new home kit

Very much appreciated @beto jr! I'm also trying to get Guarani, Operario, and MAYBE Tombense kits finished by around Jan. 2-4, or just after. Then finally stopping at Vila Nova's three kits… for 2022-23. I believe I am the ONLY kit-designer currently working on Brasileiro Serie A & B clubs (a few Serie C as well), so patience is much appreciated! But those four remaining clubs for sure. Work is slow due to my 83-yr old Mom with severe  Stage 6 Dementia---I am her full-time Caretaker now. Hence, lots of multiple interruptions throughout the day, 7-days a week.

People like me and others who create graphic content for Fm, like the one you find in this section, or the 3d kits, do it based on their skills, their tastes, their interests, then for the spirit of sharing they publish on this site their jobs. End.

There is nothing else to understand or to know.
People like me realize what they want, they just share it here, there is no direction or timetable imposed by the staff of soritoutsi.

Why do you often see minor leagues instead of the Portuguese first division?

It's simple ... the Portuguese first division is a championship that for some kitmakers (like me) is difficult, so guys like me maybe focus on other leagues that manage to do well. I hope I have made you understand in a nutshell why you still can't find the championship you want.

Very good advice @Humberto21 ! 👏🏻 No need to get too worked up regarding any overdemanding FM-users; a case of “Much Ado About Nothing,” as Shakespeare wrote. On the internet, out-of-context narrowmindedness is the nature of the (internet) BEAST… that's a fact. So thick skin is, more often than not, required. Yes, the amount of time/effort that goes into making all the 2D and 3D kits, PARTICULARLY those leagues who have ever-changing business sponsors every season, for specific tournaments, several various “Alternative” kits, etc, etc, ad nauseum… all contributes to an ever growing, massive DEMAND on FM-graphic designers---who all, by the way, have other life-commitments. No foul, no harm. Do what's possible, delegate, share the workload, or be brutally honest with demanding FM-users. Simple. Besides, there are many other sites providing newest kits. 😉

All that said, I have often, frequently praised all the FM graphic designers on their respective websites for their (essentially) thankless, tireless work! I do it again here! OUTSTANDING, EFFICIENT, BEAUTIFUL work guys… ALL OF YOU! And done Pro Bono at that! You do us fanatical FM-gamers a great GREAT service!!! Thank you! 100 Obrigado's! ❣️

I have several videos on my channel, not exactly a tutorial, more a recording on how I did it. For example:

The problem is that I'm not using photoshop so it's only limited value for photoshop users

Would anyone be interested in helping to create a tutorial on how to create 3D kits? Possibly with a video? Even if you're not comfortable talking on video you could just record yourself mumbling as you create a 3D kit then we could splice up the video to be shorter and voice over it.

Well maybe all same size as clubs might be best? Comparing it to the Gibraltar kit of SI they also don't seem to make a difference with club kits 😛

I'm making my badges a bit bigger than usual on international kits.  The kits are so blank they need something to focus the eyes on, plus in reality the international kits seem to have bigger badges.

Then it shouldn't be a big deal, they have so few licensed leagues. We will see in a month what the developments will be.

Yes - it will extend to all licenses as they said yesterday in the interview and gave QPR as an example. So I guess for us an opportunity to create a 3D badges patch once we know how they do this. I hope it's a transparent PNG, but it could also be more complicated in a way FIFA for example handles this.

Will be interesting to see how in FM23 the sleeve patches are implemented. I hope those are transparent PNGs on top of the kits. So then we need to make kits without the sleeve patches and add the sleeve patches as separate files. If that is the case I'd love to create a sortitoutsi sleeve patch mod in collaboration (CC: @bolid74 @Humberto21 @priority76)

I guess they are still working on kits now, so they'll likely do that when everything is done I guess. Even though most of the times SI is very lazy in terms of getting the colors right. Sometimes they use for example a very bright shade of red while the kit is almost dark red. Like also the yellow in this Watford example is different compared to the yellow in the kit.

Very interesting that they haven't updated the team colours yet 🤔
