Unique ID

Hey guys.

I've been using the 2009 unique ID list to look up for some names and I couldn't find new players' Unique IDs. Basically I'm looking for young players' IDs such as:

Luis Fernando Muriel Colombia
Juan Fernando Quintero Colombia
Eder Álvarez Balanta Colombia
Santiago Arias Colombia

Any clues how to find them?
