Problems with Steam

Hi All,

The last few days ive had massive problems on my Desktop trying to play FM14!

I have a laptop that i mainly play FM on, i save and upload to the cloud. Works fine, with no probs.
Sometimes when i cant use the laptop or an away i use my desktop, again for months its been working fine, and i use the save uploaded from the cloud.

However the last 2 days i cant connect to FM. when i try and load the game up (via the start menu, steam, FM14) it dont load, i get nothing, the steam icon in the desktop top tray says its synchronizing but then stops and goes!

If i open steam up and try starting the game through that i get this.....

of course i select to download the latest files, but then after a while it just stops again! and nothing happens! the syncing stays on 0% then nothing happens.

Ive not changed any setting on my desktop and all was working fine last week! ive switched off virus /firewall and still nothing!!

the only way i can start the game is to put steam in offline mode and it loads up fine, however it had my really old cloud saves from weeks ago!!!

How long are you leaving to sync for? I've had a little look around and it can take a while to reach 100% so even though it seems like its stuck on 0% it is actually still working, apparently.
