Training advice: Crystal Palace

Used to be avid FM fan back in the day, Haven't played for 5-6 years when you used to have to create Training Schedules.

Fairly new to FM15 and noticed the training section has completely changed. Can anybody give me a brief rundown or even direct me to somewhere that can?

Has anyone found a good thing with what they are currently doing? Any help would be much appreciated!
Just want some hints and tips really as it is fairly confusing to look at. Or is it just me?

Have a look at that site. Look at the section contents on the left hand side to look at individual training etc.
