Does anyone know if sponsorship deals are dynamic in the game? I created a club in the editor and started a game but then realized that I forgot to add sponsorship deal. Is there a chance that one will get signed during or at the end of the season? I'd hate to restart the game. Thank you.

As far as I know you'll acquire sponsorships before the next season.

They'll reflect your clubs stature as well.
