Hey guys playing FM14 and was wondering which type of training increases your formation tactical familiarity? Is it general training or match training? Or a combination of both? Any help much appreciated.

You should set both general and match training as Tactics only as well as have only 1 tactics in the tactics slot. This is the best way I know. Hope, it will help.
