Pre Season Training Camp

I was just wondering if there was any way to arrange a pre season training camp or if it is something that the board arrange and you don't have any say in the matter?

I'm Pretty boring and go Motherwell in pretty much every game and I've only ever had 1 or 2 in this game so it might be because they have a lowish rep at the start of the game.

The board proposes it. If they don't you have to set up your own by doing a Cup or Tour.

If you play as a bigger team do you get offered them every season to save you having to arrange anything?

I've gotten them every other season so far (in my 4th)
