I have downloaded the update and teams like steua are in English premier, why is this?

Do you have any files conflicting ours. I have the latest update and they certainly don't appear in the Premier League.

Your more than likely using other editor files.

Just use our files. Delete everything inside your editor data folder, and then extract our files into that folder.

Load a game up and you should have everything correct.

deleted everything and re-did it all, still the same thing happens

There is something wrong your end. The update does not have Steaua in the Premier League. No other user has this problem, doesn't even happen when I download the latest update. As it has been said. Delete ALL the files and include only ours. Then re-try it. Post a screenshot of your editor data folder too, might help.
