Unchangeable detail?

I am usting the sorti editor data.
I made a few changes on it.

My problem:
I cannot change the "number of season ticket holders" and the
"average season ticket price" of my favourite club 'Besiktas' (ID: 1866).
All other details of any club of the world are changeable,
but this described detail-change doesn't take any effect in the game.
I created a new fmf-file with only this small change and deactivated
all other editor data while starting a new game but still the same problem.

Is there any help please?
