a little help

Hi not sure my graphic skills are up to the job here, but maybe someone can give me a few pointers regards this design i put together.

These look good, I wouldn't personally use them, not simple enough for my liking, but look good nonetheless.

They're a little blurry, is that just compression? You want to try and find a good compromise between file size and file quality.
