Full time/Part time contract

Hi, i'm managing FK Vardar from Macedonia, and everything is going like dream, but i have one problem(if i can call it problem).
When i want sign player or offer new contract to player, i can chose between Full Time, Part Time and Amateur contract, and for Full time I can offer just Key player and First team status, for Part time just Rotation, and for Amateur just Backup. I play FM very long period and this is first time i have something like this. How i can have all options in Full Time contract, status of team is professional, and I in second season play group stage of Champions League, so how could i change this?
