I am a premium member.

All the other years, the downloads have been fine.

Right now, when I try to download Metallic Logos and cut out facepacks for FM17, the download simply cuts out early. They finish at 229 and 344 mb respectively, instead of 4 gigs and 8 gigs.

The downloads simply end abruptly.

When I try to unpack them, obviously winrar gives me an error message archive ended unexpectedly or something like that..

What the hell?

I am on Windows 10. The same thing happens on both Chrome and IE.

Access to quick and easy downloads like this, are kind of why I pay for premium, so this sucks. I don't know if the problem is at my end obviously.

Anyone who can give some alternate links, or some feedback as to what could be going wrong?

The licences fix download worked fine, but that is also a very small file, so I don't know if that has any bearing.

You're not the first to report this, and it seems the user with the issue never said if they resolved it or not...can you try IE in no add on mode?

Otherwise, @Rob, over to you

Tried in no add-on mode. Did the same thing.

In internet explorer, the download for cutout mega pack for instance stops at 4%, with the message that it's been "interrupted". I can then press a "continue" button, which restarts the download, but then it ends completely after reaching 5% and I get no other options than the "open folder to see downloaded file".

I'm at a loss. Super weird.

This computer is super new mind you. Got it two weeks ago, so never actually downloaded from this site on this PC until today.

Is it just large downloads from this site that this happens to?

I downloaded the license fix with no issues. That's a tiny file though..

Just tried the DF11 facepack, stops at around 400 mb as well.

That's still from this site though? Maybe try using one of the free mirrors for a larger file for any random graphic pack and see if the same problem persists.

Can confirm that I can download df11 facepack 8gigs from a free mirror through my browser. My connectivity to this sites downloading must be faulty on my end somehow?

What url is appearing in your downloads? It should say something like files1.sortitoutsi.net or files2.sortitoutsi.net or something like that.

Whenever this is reported it's almost always an issue with your computer or browser.

1) Is it the exact same size everytime (in exact bytes not just 344 mb)?
2) Is your computer going to sleep and stopping the download (I know it sounds stupid but has happened)
3) Do you definitely have enough space on your system (again, I know it sounds stupid)
4) Have you tried with a different browser?

I did some testing of this in firefox. Even with all add-ons disabled files over a certain size still terminate the download. This doesn't affect super small downloads (eg individual league kitpacks or the license fix) but affects things such as updates to the logo/facepacks and larger kitpacks (eg ones for a whole nation). In the case of the 9.1 update to the cutout facepack (54.47MB) the download fails at around 14-15mb. My thinking was that noscript was the culprit but as the issue occurs even when this is disabled it can be ruled out as a cause so it seems like even stock firefox is causing issues. I have yet however to test this in other browsers which will be my next step.

Update 1: Stock Opera has the same issue with roughly the same numbers

When you download you should be getting different URLs such as files1, files2, files3 etc Is it happening across all of them?

Update:

My computer was infected with MALWARE which automatically switched on a proxy server setting in my internet options. I could not reset the option either.
A quick scan and remove with malwarebytes fixed it. I was having other unexplainable issues on other sites as well, so the problem was clearly on my end, and is now fixed.

Just downloaded metallic logos with no issues after subscribing for premium once again, cheers!

Just to clarify the malware did NOT originate from this site?

Oh sorry, should've added that. I did not get malware from sortitoutsi,

I suspect it was from a suspect torrent file.

And by the way, I didn't have Windows Defender activated during this time for whatever reason(new PC and stuff)
