Trouble with creating a logo for preexisting club (FM16)

I'm having trouble getting this logo to work. I have the unique ID, changed the normal logo to 180x180 and small to 20x20. I used the FM Graphics Configurator to change the path and create the xml file. The small logo works but the normal one does not and I get this glitchy logo instead.

Can anybody help me?

Needs to be a transparent png file - looks like it's not been cut out.
