.FMF editor file issue

Hi all,

During an editing session last night, I encoutered the attached message onto my screen when I went to open up FM to check everything was as I expected (and evidently it wasn't). I've tried accessing the file and I can't, deleted caches/settings/preferences etc. and nothing is working.

Is there anyway this issue is solvable or will I just have to use an older version of the file that I had backed up from five days ago?

I can send the file or anything else if necessary. Many thanks!
