Regen facepack doesn't work on players

The reporters faces work, but players are just showing blanks, like this

Help please? I added the files to the hair folder as instructed, then added the files into the manager file. Reporters are working just the players have gone awol

Do you fixed tge problem? Because ive got the same problem
