How to change the country of origin?

Hey I have a problem. Whenever I create a new club on FM 17 using the Create-A-Club option, instead of the club being based in the country which it plays in (England for example), it is based in India, the country where I reside, and where my manager profile is from. This means that players don't want to sign for the club as they say that they do not want to move to another country at this time. Does anybody know how to change the country in which a created club is based? Thanks.
