Home grown status

I've added a new Young player to a Belgian Squad, i've edited his club and Country grown status but in the game itselves it's not showing when i need to register him for the Belgian pro league...in the game itself i also bought a keeper with the home grond status Country Belgium, but again it's not avalaible in the register of the Pro league, but it is for the champions league...how is this possible and can this be changed?all other changes did work
