FM18 Not recognising my transfer bids

has this happened to anyone else since the update. so i'm on day 1 of my new career ive saved it. ive loaded it back up & gone to the next day & all the players i have had bids accepted for its not recognizing at all. i have to withdraw the bids and do them all again. the players are still in my shortlist but nothings coming up in my inbox about the players or their contracts.
