Stadiums link 3 not valid

Sorry, don't see a stand alone forum for the stadiums packs. This link doesn't seem to be working for the third and final part.

I've asked @Rob to take a look as seems to be a problem with the mega pack for everyone.

Yeah I'm not sure why mega keeps failing. This is why the cut outs get split into lots of smaller ones (and one of the reasons it doesnt use mega) but with so many frequent releases for the backgrounds rather than a one month it doesn't really work.

I'll try and look into it and fix it.
