Hi guys, just a quick question. I always enjoy doing LLM saves and I've noticed on the latest patch that contract lengths have changed. Usually, you can only offer part-time contracts a one year deal but after the new patch, it has changed to up to three-year deals for players and two-year deals for staff (in the Vanarama Leagues). I'm wondering if this is a rule change that has happened in real life or a bug or anything else? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure about that? I've managed in the lower leagues every FM and I swear you can always offer part time contracts for more than one year. I think the year options do change depending on the squad status of the player now, though.

Yeah, I often run a LLM save, and I thought the players contract length was limited by squad status / age.

Running the level 10 database at the moment, and lower than Vanarama I could only ever get a one full season contract, ie: signing mid-season to the end of the following season maximum in Isthmian League.

Part-timers are odd creatures though, forever moaning about too much training when, in fact, due to fixture congestion, you haven't trained for a month!
