Hi - I've purchased the FM18 on discount, received the auto-notification from Paypal but so far no code to download from Steam.

Please advise if I'm missing something obvious?

Did you actually read the question? I've already bought and paid for the thing, now I need the code to use to download it from Steam. I can send you the email proving it if you like.
