Foreign Players in Asian Champions League

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone knew why every team is allowed to have a seemingly unlimited number of foreign players on their Asian Champions League rosters (except the user teams of course).

I noticed this in every FM I have played at least.

Is there something im missing here?
