For example Klopp or Bielsa and their infamous 3 sessions per day in pre-season focusing mainly on fitness and tactical positioning, to allow the team to have the fitness and energy to still be pressing high up the pitch in packs, even in the 90th minute!? - Á la Leeds on Friday v WBA. Unbelievable.

Cheers, I'll have a look.
There are a lot of good tactics around but not everyone gives you the info on what the training should look like to optimise that tactic. They come hand-on-hand really in my opinion.
