How can I have my own stadium?

So here's the thing: I manage Steaua București aka FCSB from Romania. In game as in real life the stadium used is the national stadium. The national team, Steaua and the great rivals Dinamo share the stadium. What I want is to have a separate stadium named after the historical Ghencea stadium. Is there a way I can do that in a save that is 1 year in?

yes with FMRTE you can change ownership of stadiums you cant rename them though

checking in game Steaua București is the owner of Ghencea stadium due to move to new stadium in 2020 ?

had a look more at this with fmrte and even though you can change the ownership of stadium it is bugged and doesnt take effect in game
