Does anyone know if it's possible to change a players Place of Birth, Hair and Skin colour with the In-Game Editor, once you have already started a SAVE ?

That's an old topic but I also wonder how to change the place of birth and I didn't want to open a new topic so I'm just reviving this topic if there's no problem.

you can with FMRTE not sure with the SI IGE though
