Create-A-Club Responsiblities issue

Hi,

I've just created a new club and removed all staff as I wanted to hire my own.

After hiring alot of new staff to all roles I was gonna change the responsibilites but the bar comes up like this:

I do have TCS 1.1.2 skin but I've tried with all the default skins as well.

Any help is appreciated!

When switching to a default skin also restart the game after.
