Squad Registration changes and remove licensed kits in editor

Hi was wondering if anyone good with editor can help me and tell me how to remove squad registration rules in there? i.e 25 man squad rule in premier league.

Also was wondering in the editor where available for licensed kits for teams in the league how to remove them from the editor as well?
