Goal keeper poor discipline

All was well in the fm 14 Beta, and now that I have installed the full game my goalkeepers cannot seem to stay in their area. 20 games in and I've had 5 red cards for deliberate hand ball and 7 yellow cards between them and i'm at the end of my tether. they are so bad, I'm having to put 2 keepers on the bench to ensure i've got enough cover to get through 90 minutes.

I will report it to sports interactive as soon as I can log on, but just wondered if anyone else had experience of this?
