The Ultimate Talent Shortlist (1500+ players)

I have over time made ​​what I would call the ultimate talent shortlist.
The link below is to a rar file containing 4 shortlist. They are classified by PA (potential ability) and are as follows:

U21 PA -8 (1,032 players)
U21 PA -9, -10 (110 players)
U21 PA 140-159 (456 players)
U21 PA 160 + (78 players)

When you load the list, it may occur that you can't see all the players. This is because you have downloaded too few leagues in different countries into the game.
