Refund?

Hi i have same problems as another user writed,2 days ago the 10 pounds was billed on my bank account, and i don't even use sortitoutsi anymore, and i did not know that is just renewed the membership after a year, can i please get a refund and get my membership cancelled.
I don't even got the money on my account right now, so my account is in red numbers..
I tried both contacting you (Rob) via private message and via your paypal mail, but no answers after 2 days...
