Unable to subscribe

Hi Rob.

I sent you a private message on 2 Jan 2014 but have not received any reply. Hence, i am posting my enquiry here.

I am from Singapore and trying to subscribe to the Sortitoutsi premium account service. However Paypal keeps giving me the error "insufficient funds" despite my Paypal balance and credit card in good order. I have called Paypal and was told that my account is fine, the issue lies in Sortitoutsi settings not to accept Paypal payment from Singapore.

Please advise. Thanks.

Sorry Ryu I must have missed this over new year.

As far as i'm aware we don't have any settings blocking users from Singapore and i'm sure that people from Singapore have singed up. The error message of "insufficient funds" also does not suggest that this is the problem.
