Neue.2 Rebooted

Not got permission from Matt yet but heres what i've got it looking like in-game so far...



Still trying to stop the tabstrip from clipping, removing grey bg boxes from news panel and a few others, and generally getting the thing together, may get rid of second coloured bar under the menubar (the one with the continue button in)
