Torquay won their second successive match after a well fought win against Chester.
Torquay went ahead through Brett Williams who scored with a fine header from a corner. Torquay's in-form striker Nathan Blissett then scored his own header before Micheal Ngoo found the scoresheet when he poked the ball home. In fairness, Torquay were in control for the majority of the game however Chester struck twice late on to set up a nervy finish but Robbie Herrera's side managed to hold on for the win.

Nathan Blissett's first half penalty was enough for Torquay to grab an important win against Dagenham.
Torquay dominated John Still's Dagenham from start to finish and should of probably won by more. Their goal came on the half hour mark when the impressive Scott Kashket was fouled in the area. His strike partner Nathan Blissett stepped up to convert the resulting penalty and seal an important win for Robbie Herrera's side. Torquay face Chester in the league next.

Gatshead midfielder Mitch Brundle scored with the last kick of the game as Gateshead came away with a win against Robbie Herrera's Torquay.
Gateshead went two up in the first half thanks to goals from Tristan Plummer and in-form striker Danny Johnson. Torquay's on loan striker Scott Kashket grabbed a goal back for the visitors before Brett William's third goal of the season looked to have gained a point for the visitors. However, it wasn't meant to be as Mitch Brundle rose highest from corner to give Gateshead an important win. Torquay face Dagenham next.

Torquay were unable to break down relegation threatened Maidstone despite the away side playing with ten men for the majority of the game.
Maidstone were reduced to ten men after only five minutes after Christopher Paul was sent off for a terrible two footed lunge. Torquay threatened to break down Maidstone but found the away side in fantastic defensive form. Scott Kashket and Nathan Blissett went close but it just wasn't to be. Torquay play Gateshead next.

Torquay let a two goal lead slip as Boreham Wood came back to gain a draw thanks to two late goals.
Torquay had gone ahead when Giancario Gallifuoco headed in his first goal for the club. Nathan Blissett then doubled Torquay's lead with a header of this own in the second half. Torquay looked as though they were going to grab an important win but late goals from the highly rated Morgan Ferrier and Conor Clifford ensured that Boreham Wood came away with a point. Torquay face relegation threatened Maidstone in their next match.

Torquay United have sent midfielder Aman Verma out on loan to Conference South side Ebbsfleet. The former Kidderminster man had only made one appearance this season for Robbie Herrera's side.
Verma joined the club on a permanent deal in the summer after an impressive loan spell last season. However, Verma, who can play at right back or centre midfielder has yet to start a game for Robbie Herrera this season. The twenty nine year old has dropped a division to join Ebbsfleet until the end of the season. However, Torquay do have the option to recall Verma at any timet through the loan spell. Verma stated that he was happy to be a joining a side challenging for the league: "It's not really worked out for me at Torquay this season so I am happy to be joining Ebbsfleet. We are looking to get promoted and I can't wait to get going."

Scott Kashket scored on his debut for Israel under 21's in midweek and found the scoresheet for Torquay just before the hour mark. Strike partner Nathan Blissett nodded down to the on-loan striker who curled the ball into the far right hand corner. Torquay looked to be heading for the win before Kaine Felix's superb strike from just outside the area grabbed a draw for York. Torquay travel to Woking next.

Scott Kashket was the best player on the pitch and scored a fantastic hat trick to help Torquay grab the win. Torquay were five goals up within thirty minutes after two Kashket goals, first goals for the club from Joe Ward and Richard Eckersley and a fine header from Scott McGinty. Kashket then scored his hat trick goal in the second half with a fantastic volley from the edge of the area. Torquay travel to Boreham Wood in their next match.

Torquay had got off to the perfect start when striker Brett Williams headed the hosts ahead with his second goal of the season. Lincoln striker Adam Marriot under an equaliser for the away side after half time with a fine long range strike. Torquay United on-loan striker Scott Kashket has been called up for Israel under 21 side. Despite being born in England, the young striker is eligible to play for Israel.
Scott Kashket will miss Torquay's next match due to the international call up where Israel will play Northern Ireland and Kazakhstan. The attacker has been in good form since joining the club in the summer from Wycombe and has scored four goals so far this season.

Braintree convincingly beat ten man Torquay thanks to a hat-trick from striker Bradley Goodship.
After a timid start from both sides, the game came into life when Torquay striker Micheal Ngoo was shown a straight red card for a reckless two-footed lunge. Goodship grabbed his first goal of the match before Scott Kashket grabbed a goal back for Torquay. Goodship grabbed two more goals for Braintree courtesy of two headers while Lee Barnard also found the score sheet. Ngoo was making his first start for the club and was involved after only thirty seconds, nodding the ball down to strike partner Scott Kashket who fired home. Ngoo then grabbed his first goal of the game with a fine header before he poked home his second soonafter. Ricky Miller grabbed a consolation for Dover but Torquay did enough to seal the win. Torquay United striker Nathan Blissett has been ruled out for two weeks after suffering concussion in yesterday's defeat against North Ferriby.
Blissett, 26, has scored twice this season for Robbie Herrera's side but was forced to come off against North Ferriby. Manager Robbie Herrera said: "With head injuries, you need to make sure that you are extra careful.Nathan has had a great start to the season and we will miss him but it's now up to the other lads to stake their claim". Blissett's replacement in yesterday's match. Michael Ngoo found the net with his first touch of the game.

Torquay United have announced the signing of former Liverpool and Kilmarnock striker Michael Ngoo. Ngoo has signed a two year contract with the Conference side.
Ngoo, 23, was without a club for the whole of last season after being ruled out for a year with an ankle injury. Manager Robbie Herrera is adamant that giving Ngoo a two-year contract is not a risk: "Yes, he's had his injuries in the past but we are sure that he's over the worst of that now. He got through a tough medical and I can't wait to see him play. It's a great move for the club, he's a top class player at this level".
