Because it's basically impossible to moderate, you will get endless discussions on what wage a certain player should have. If you want to change it yourself, you can do so with the pre-game editor.
Open steam and make sure that ‘tools' is enabled here. You should then have ‘Football Manager 2022 Editor' somewhere in the list.
With that you can basically edit anything you want. I'd recommend to open the ‘Changes' file from this update in there and then adjust things, that one has all the transfers in it 👍

Transfermarkt is often not accurate with contract end dates for the more obscure nations. We have a section here below the editing screen where the end dates for all countries are listed, as you can see Egypt is 31.07

The wealthy businessman decided that he wanted to take Fortuna to the next level. An ambition that is clearly shown by the signing of ‘King' Burak Yilmaz on a 5-year deal. He will keep on playing for 2 more years, after which he will replace me as the manager, taking the club to greater heights. The mission is to set a strong basis for that transformation in the time that we have here. With the signings of Oguzhan Özyakup, Iñigo Cordoba and Rodrigo Guth, a European spot should even be achievable in the first season.
