@RedWolf55 Seems he is a manager now. For some it may also be better to just put them as non-player instead of retired, then they might become a coach somewhere. When they're retired they get removed from the game all together

Then when starting a new save, make sure they are all enabled and that you're using the 22.4.0 database. There should be no reason why it's not working then really
