Yeah, I've seen a few changes. I have the new Viterbese logo as an alt and the old one in the main folder pending FM21. I have a big list of countries to go and check when FM21 is released so I can see if different UIDs are used or if the existing one is given a name change.
Any that you have, feel free to send them over with the UID in the filename and I'll add them as I go through. I'm hoping to get Italy done this month, but there's a big number of logos in total so I'm not sure whether that's going to happen.

It's a slow process with work and some other stuff at home. Going from Serie A down and checking every logo for quality and any changes, I'm currently working through the Eccelenza leagues (level 5?). I currently have 420 done and another 180 odd existing logos still to come to and check. There were originally 320 logos in the pack, so it'll be a nice increase when complete
If you have the logos already I'm happy to take the help. It's not been a problem finding any so far, it's just the time it takes.

Following the updated federation logo, Lithuania have also updated the logo that appears on the shirt of their national teams. Gibraltar (Europe 214394) also have a new national team logo:

For reference, where possible / applicable I will have an 'alt' folder with starred version of club logos. I won't catch all of them, and some in game will sneak through with stars on (especially those already done), but I'm trying to be consistent in that approach.

Extract the "Clubs" folder into your game's logos folder and replace existing files when prompted. For those using a different file structure to the megapack, new files may need to be loaded more carefully.

The Bury logo was in the August update, it's in an "additions" folder for England, as the new club doesn't have a UID yet. (The UID you've quoted is for a club that you've created yourself, or has been created by someone else for an unofficial database).
Small logos are installed exactly the same as normal-sized ones. If you download any of the logo packs, there will be separate folders for "normal" and "small" and there will be a config file in each. The specific line of code from the "small" config file (for clubs) is:

Yeah, I should update this in the OP, not everyone knows what to do with graphics in the game...
The logos folder should go here: C:\Users\PCName\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics
If you've changed your default directory for the game, or you're playing FM19 or another version, obviously update those parts accordingly.
Any updates should then be extracted into the logos folder, and when asked to overwrite existing files, click "yes" as that will be new / updated logos and config files.
You need to make sure that your skin cache is off and then reload the skin in order to see the logos once you have them in your game directory. I'll add all this to the OP in more detail when I have a little bit more time.
