That's not going to be a problem at all. I'll provide install instructions when I release.
The only thing that could be an issue is that some of your already generated youth players can get new hairs. Some because I've replaced the image, and sometimes when reloading the skin to get the new images in game, it tends to forget the players assigned hairs. But - other than (possibly) new hairs on the players... nope - no problem.

The new jersey I got this year is much better than the T-Shirt. I'm in love with it myself.
I've noticed a couple of things during my testing. But, I should still be able to make it during the weekend.

I've finished all the new hairs for the new version. It's a LOT of new hairs (still to do a headcount... no pun intended), and I'm super pleased with the look of the new hairs. I've learned some stuff over the years, I guess, and the new ones should please you all. The most realistic looking faces you'll have ever seen on FM regens.
I'm in the testing phases right now. The bald problem I was hoping to eliminate is still not completely gone. There's a significant improvement, and shirtless balds are a rarity. I will continue to look into this, and see if there is anything I can do, or if it's just something beyond my control. Either way - the problem is MUCH smaller now, so it doesn't become too annoying.
I've ensured that every ethnic category is represented in ALL hair lengths and colors (including balds within each hair length... because it's considered a color - not a hair length...). So there should really not be any reason the game can't pick a hair for any given situation.
Well, I'll look into it a little more. Then I'm going to quickly touch up some of the old ones and add the shirts to everything.
Hopefully I'll be able to release this during the weekend!

The other thing, I suspect, you're having a problem with is the cache. It's no longer (always) enough to just reload the skin and unticking the cache box. You'll find a new button just above these settings that reads "Clear Cache". Click this one, then reload skin with cache unticked. After this, you need to RESTART your game. Now they should appear, and you can go back into preferences and return the setting to normal.

Yeah, this'll be the biggest update I've done, and I'm cutting lots and LOTS of new hairs to increase the variety. I'm also hoping that the bald players problem will be fixed with the new version... as well as ensure that "real" balds also wear the shirt for those who download the shirt versions.

PLEASE, GIVE ME YOUR OPINIONS!
I wanted to change the shirt on the players this year, replacing the ugly grey one I did last year. Now - I want them to wear something that looks more like a football jersey... but here is the problem. Team colors cannot be represented, so they'll all wear the same shirt.
I got one that I like, which is a white one with blue trim. I feel that is "neutral" enough, personally. But, I'm worried that some of you would be put off by putting this shirt on them - so I'll ask what you would feel most "comfortable" with.
White w Blue trim - feels neutral, and doesn't scream any specific team... although there are many teams that use these colors.
Dark Blue w White trim - An option I entertained as that is the default color for any "unassigned" team colors in the game, so in FM terms it's neutral.
Grey w Black trim - Not very nice looking, but less likely to be associated with any team colors (can't think of any home team jersey with those colors).
Any other option?
Give you your thoughts, and help me make a decision... just don't say "I want this and that jersey to support my team". The goal here is to NOT have them associated with any specific team, and how to best represent that, while still having them in something that looks like what a football player would wear.

That's not a missing image. Nor would it stand any chance of being an improvement on the existing one.
Download the megapack to see whether or not the images exist, and/or use the search function.
Please, also read the rules and post your requests correctly. Also, link directly to the image instead of the google search page.

I tried opening it up in game, and gave up after about 15 minutes of loading time. Found in my folders that it had started copying the entire MegaPack folder into a Workshop folder, and had sorted each image into it's own folder. Total mess.
Reminder - if one ever wants to look at Steam Workshop... remove current graphics folder first!
PS. Thank God it copied, instead of moved the pictures. That would have been an ever worse mess, as I'd have to move each image one by one back into the Megapack folder.

You need to find the player's ID's. See whether they are improvements or missing in the megapack, and then post your requests in the correct forum. And READ THE RULES on the first page of each of those, so you post in the correct manner.

Go back into preferences and set the game to use cache and not reload on confirm again, for faster loading times.

I go by a rule of just above/around the adams apple. Leaving a little space between the chin and the bottom of the pictures looks a lot better. Too close and they end up looking like a head on a platter.

I'm currently working on a new update, which will be the largest update yet. Got a couple more weeks to work on it, and test out a few theories of mine.
