Interesting that even changing file extension didn't get the league changes loaded. Downloaded latest update right now and all working well.

I have exactly the same thing. Player updates fine but none of the leagues have updated promotions/relegations.
I've deleted all the old files in the editor data directory and added the new sortitoutsi.net Data Update sub-directory as per instructions.
Also never happened before to me.

I did it the hard way, played the game "on holiday" until 2 February 2017 which is start of pre-season. Then edited all the transfers and loans directly into a saved game. Then terminated all the regens and saved again. It should be about 95% accurate for MLS and NASL. Has anyone found an easier way?

I'm playing as manager of Toronto FC in this saved game.

Let me know if you have any problems playing this or changes needed...please repost.

He was not at Red Bull Brasil - was a free agent since November 2014 - it's on the linked page. A-League salary cap means he won't be paid more than 1k per week unless marquis player, which he is not. The 4k is wrong.
