I understand your point, but as the game doesn't allow us to make individual packs for players and staff, they all go under one. In order not to make every old man in the game look like a 18 year old teenager with perfect hairlines stylewise, the only way to do it, is to incorporate a mall amount of "old-man" hairstyles into the pack, and hope they don't match the head of your beloved supertalent in-game.
To be honest with you, i am quite sure you have just been unlucky with that particular hairstyle, as it only makes up around 0,8% of the pack. I am running a game now, and did only see it once or twice which is almost nothing taking into consideration i am in 2023 and most players by now are new/regens.
Anyway if you still wants to change them there is a quite easy way:
Go into the WORLD OF HAIRSTYLES folder and find the following 3 folders: euro, hispanic and asian. In each of them you will find a short, medium and long folder. You need to locate the SHORT folder in each region (ASIAN, EURO, HISPANIC), because this is where you will make the change.These are the files you need to find:
ASIAN/SHORT:

darkbrown_204

HISPANIC/SHORT:

Find some hairstyles you like to have instead from the pack, copy them to your desktop and give them the same names as you see above. When done copy them from your desktop into the same folders listed above, and accept to overwrite. Go into your game, into preferences, clear your cache and restart the game. Problem solved!
Reminder!: I recommend you to stick with another black and short hairstyle as alternative for the black you will be overwriting, a blonde for the blond and so on.

You must have done something wrong under way. Have tested this throughoutly, and if you follow the instructions it will work.

I haven't made a version without no, but could if there is enough interest.
But do you really like playing with the stick head figures? Or what is your alternative to the white shirts?

Brand new hairpack for FM2016 adding 2580 new fresh styles for your regens/newgens!
Make your long-term saves so much more enjoyable, with this new addition to complete the FM experience.
The download includes thousands of hairstyles from all over the world, and will make you want to keep even the shittiest of regens just because they look so good ;-).
Due to the new type of regens from FM15 to 16, a very small percentage of the hairs will not fit 100%, as the width of regen faces varies by a small margin this year, making some heads too narrow and others too wide - this is nothing we can do anything about, and as written it should affect only very few players.
Tested and looking well on light and dark skins as well, and save game compatible. Goes perfectly along with other installed graphics (hairpacks, logos, kits and so on).

Christmas comes early this year! Just days after the hotfix 15.1.4 for FM15 was released, making the game much more enjoyable, i just finished up 90 hours of work to present you with this new addition to complete you FM experience.
The pack includes over 1600 new fresh looking hairstyles from all over the world, to make you never wanna play the game again without it! Try them out yourself, and see what I am talking about, it will make you wanna keep even the most rubbish of newgens, just because they look so good!
Everything tested on light and dark skins, working like a charm.
Save game compatible, and goes perfectly along other installed graphics (hairpacks, logos, kits and so on).

In order to complete the hairpack, i recommend you to download this add-on as well, which replaces the default SI hair with a much cleaner looking version. In my opinion many of the default hairstyles are poorly cut-out, looking messy when using specially dark skins with white pixelation left around them. On top of this, the default FM styles will be wearing the same shirt like the ones from the main pack, making all players wear the same style, giving them shoulders as well avoiding to make them look like heads on sticks figures.

This alternative version of the DEBSKIS WORLD OF HAIRSTYLES ver. 1.0 hairpack was made after i received a few request to make the shirts look similar to the OLT ones. If you use that pack, mine will now blend together to make all regens look equal shirt-wise.
IMPORTANT: THESE ARE NOT THE EXACT OLT SHIRTS, BUT A SIMILAR VERSION MADE BY ME.

This add-on pack for the alternative white shirt/blue collar version of the DEBSKIS WORLD OF HAIRSTYLES ver. 1.0 hairpack cleans the default SI hairs in game, which are poorly cut-out and have white pixelation around them on dark skins. Futher more they give them the same blue and white shirt like the rest of the main pack.

As you can see from the attached pictures, i am currently creating a hair pack for regens in FM15, in order to give the game more variation and more unique looking players throughout the game.
It will be fully compatible with which ever other hair packs you are using, mainly thinking of the amazing OLT pack by O'Learys Trainee, thus giving the game even more depth and realism!
If you have any wishes or request on hairstyles let me know, i will gladly incorporate them into the final release.
