Anything can be cut but if they are really small then why would someone pick that request over one that has massive or even normal sized images
I'd maybe check the pack again because thats 2 pics that have been done already and thats only out of the example ones

On the ones i've check they are pretty good cuts, no snow and no bits missing out of faces like a few years ago

But they aren't positioned very well, most being about 20 pixles away from the top of the box

Where have you placed the folder ?
Do you have a config.xml file in it ?
How many images do you have in the megpack ?
Have you unticked skin cache ?
